I provide couples counselling in Melbourne for partners who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t know how to change. While I have a particular focus on supporting couples through the transition to parenthood, I work with couples at all stages of their relationship. I also offer individual counselling for people navigating life transitions, identity, and personal growth. Sessions are available in-person in Mont Albert North and online.
