Welcome.

Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges for the first time, seeking a fresh perspective, or moving through life’s transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you.

At Better Days Counselling, I believe in your ability to grow, adapt, and reshape your narrative.

With over 13 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals and couples through complex life situations, including mental health, addiction, homelessness, crisis support, relationships, and overall wellbeing. I’ve worked alongside individuals and have led teams to deliver person-centered, innovative support that differs from traditional models of care.

As a parent and someone with lived experience in mental health and substance use, I understand the unique experiences people can face as they work through different chapters of their lives.

As an Asian-Australian, and Having lived between two cultures, I recognise how cultural identity profoundly shapes our relationships, experiences, and emotional wellbeing. The blend of working through cultural expectations, values, and traditions that at times has been conflicting, has given me a deeper understanding of how this juggle can impact various areas of life.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and specialised training in therapies including Gottman Method, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Therapy doesn’t have to feel daunting or clinical. My approach is practical, conversational, and tailored to your needs—creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

Let’s work toward better days, together.
